Paws in the Park Demonstration Schedule

This year’s demonstrations will be provided by Susie Aga, Atlanta Dog Trainer and Pet Resort, voted “Best of Atlanta Dog Training” by Atlanta Magazine taken from a poll of 5,000 people.

 

Susie Aga is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, CPDT-KA, through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.  She is also a Certified Canine Behavior & Training Specialist receiving her certification from Triple Crown Academy, a world leader in pet education.  She has 20 years’ experience with dogs and is recommended by over 45 Veterinarians, 25 Dog rescue organizations, and many metro Atlanta animal related businesses.in the Metro Atlanta area.

Susie has been featured as the pet expert on Nancy Grace’s “Swift Justice” in several dog-related cases; The Weather Channel; WSB TV; Fox TV Atlanta; Turner Broadcasting; The Atlanta Journal Constitution; Creative Loafing; Petlanta; Atlanta Dog Life Magazine; Around Town Magazine; Alpharetta and Roswell Neighbor; and North Points Magazine.

She is also the “pet expert” for Cumming New Radio Am 1620 and multiple online dog resource websites: Pet Doc online, BBC Dog Cast Radio, and Dog Problems Online.

We are so excited to announce that a date has been set for the 2014 Dream Land Pet Memorial Center Paws in the Park Kennesaw! The 4th annual festival will take place September 20, 2014 at Swift-Cantrell Park in Kennesaw – rain or shine, as in previous years. We are thrilled that several of our previous vendors and sponsors have already expressed interest in participating this year – please note that applications for 2014 will be updated and available beginning May 1, 2014. We are unable accept applications or reserve space before that time. Thank you for your interest and understanding!

Keep Kennesaw BeautifulFormerly the Kennesaw Environmental Committee, Keep Kennesaw Beautiful focuses its projects and educational efforts in four main areas: litter prevention, waste reduction & recycling, beautification, and water quality/conservation.

The KKB Board meets monthly in the Court Council Chambers of City Hall.  Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 6pm and are open to the public. Anyone interested in learning more about the organization, focus areas, or upcoming projects is encouraged to attend.
